Shipping policy

Orders over £50 receive Free Shipping. 
 
Standard deliveries within the United Kingdom usually arrive within 3-5 working days. All orders are shipped Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays and public holidays.
 
We cannot fulfil any orders on the same day. Please note that orders can be subject to a delay in dispatch during busy periods or restock days. All orders that are under £50 will be charged a delivery fee. 
 
Please ensure you have entered the correct address information when placing your order. We shall not be held responsible in any circumstance. However, we will try our utmost to retrieve the package, which we can resend to your correct address. We cannot authorise a refund or replacement if you have supplied us with incorrect address information. Outside of the UK, shipping is something we do not currently offer.
